ah...parking in the 15th Street Bike Lanes is almost as common as people driving in the BIKE-BUS ONLY LANES on 9th Street
DC Police being some of the frequent offenders in both situations
a little story involving former DDOT Head Gabe Klein and today's mass of vehicles clogging up the bike lanes on 15th Street

why are there parking meters on the sidewalk?
is there legal parking on the outside of the bike lanes?
